Curve 8 Yoga
A body positive, accessible, yet strengthening and stretching yoga & mindfulness class, geared towards todays real life bodies, lives and times.
The goal of the class is to take a slow flow yoga routine in sessions to create a library of flows, to be able use in everyday life.
Starting Feb.7, 2018 at 6:30pm at Nature's Touch Healing Center in Wood Village
Bring a yoga mat, blocks, strap, blanket and any other props you may need.
